Caramel’s Bakery went above and beyond for our wedding. Our cake was a tiramisu dream. It was so delicious that guests were coming up to us asking for more, and many told me it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. The flavors were incredible and the presentation was beautiful. They also created custom cookies to match our wedding cake topper, and they turned out absolutely perfect. Each one was hand crafted with so much detail and care. Our guests loved them as party favors and couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous and delicious they were. One thoughtful touch that meant so much to us was that Caramel’s even offered to make a fresh mini cake for our first anniversary, so we wouldn’t need to freeze our topper. It wasn’t something we had considered, but it made the experience feel even more special and stress free. Working with a local baker who puts so much heart into their craft made every part of the process memorable. Caramel’s Bakery truly exceeded our expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them more.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our wedding desserts! From the very beginning, they were so helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Our wedding cake was honestly the best cake I’ve ever had. So flavorful, moist, and absolutely perfect. The mini cupcakes and mini cheesecakes were just as incredible and a huge hit with our guests. Not only did everything taste amazing, but it was all beautifully presented and fit our wedding aesthetic perfectly. We are so grateful for the care and talent that went into making our desserts so special. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both stunning and delicious treats!

Our cake was beautiful, exactly what we wanted for our tiny little wedding, and most importantly - delicious (lemon cake and vanilla buttercream, heavenly). Mel and her team have an incredible attention to detail and care for their customers. We were reached out to personally to make sure that the cake had a safe spot to be until it was time to shine, and all communications and logistics were handled in a timely manner. Inquired for a birthday cake for my wife. The staff was quick to respond and made the process super easy. Communication was incredibly smooth and delivery was flawless. I provided Chef Mel with a concept and she knocked it out of the park. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious as well. Highly recommend for whatever the occasion is.
We used CaraMel’s for our wedding back in January. During our planning we met for a tasting last summer and were blown away by how yummy all the desserts were. We had such a hard time choosing that we ended up doing a dessert table, which was a huge hit with our wedding guests. The cake was delicious, and gorgeous, exactly what I envisioned for that timeless feel. We also ordered a variety of cake shooters and cookies. Our guests loved the dessert table. We enjoyed the cake, especially the marble layer. I highly recommend CaraMel’s for any of your dessert needs. She is amazing!! She even made gluten free cupcakes for my sister who has celiac disease.
